Foldocs 0.1
The first public release, in beta.
Foldocs publishes a shared folder of documents as a website. You write in Google Docs or Word and share the folder with a link; a few minutes after each change, the site is updated. Documents become pages, folders sections, and photos photo pages.
This site is made with it. Every page here is a document in one Google Drive folder, which you can see beside the site, and every page links to its document. The same folder is also built as a blog and as a folder tree.
Why
People rarely write in the place where their website lives. Foldocs builds the website from the place where they write, without an editor or database of its own.
